David Rodriguez

David Rodríguez (he/his/el) is a civil litigator based in Los Angeles who has defended entities and individuals.  David proudly values working with his clients to resolve disputes in an equitable and efficient way, reducing both cost and minimizing the stress often associated with litigation.

David attended the University of California at Riverside, where he earned two bachelor’s degrees, one in history and one in political science, along with a minor in sociology.  In 2021, he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.  While in law school he served as a law clerk with the Kern County Public Defender’s Office, and the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office.

David has been admitted to the State Bar of California since 2021 and to the District of Columbia Bar since 2022. David is also admitted to the Bar of the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California.

Out of the office, David enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, traveling, and tending to his backyard garden.
